When sensitive PII data is provided through insecure means, it must be transferred to one of the specified cloud tools, and any locally stored files should be deleted.

Once sensitive PII data is no longer needed, all previously stored data must be deleted.

If it is necessary to store sensitive PII on a local storage device, the hard drive must be encrypted.
